First the menus. We've had 2 of the Dinner Done meals so far and loved them, so those will be the leftovers :)

Thursday--Flounder, rice (from Tuesday), asparagus
Friday--Pork Tacos w/ Cilantro-lime Mojo (DD), corn

Sunday--inlaws for Easter dinner
